Anninos believes that true real estate is about meeting the needs of others, and much of his success has flourished from mastering this art.His work is revolved around fulfilling the dreams of others, and giving them a chance at the beautiful home that they have been seeking.
The right real estate agent can help you to sell your home quickly or to buy your dream home. However, the wrong agent can mess up the deal and make you lose money and time. Here are red flags to watch out for when choosing an agent to work with.
The agent recommends the highest price for your home.
In case you’re offering to sell your home, get listing presentations from at least three agents. They will let you know what similar homes have sold for. A home will ultimately sell for less or take a longer time to sell if the starting price is too high.
The agent does real estate as a part time job.
It is not a good idea to hire an agent who is not following the market on a fulltime basis. As a buyer, choose an agent who will always be available to show you new listings as quickly as possible. A seller should also work with an agent that will always be available to show their property to potential buyers.
The agent has little or no knowledge of your region.
As a buyer or seller, working with an agent who has little or no knowledge of that geographical area can be difficult.
The agent is a poor negotiator.
Avoid working with an agent who cannot negotiate effectively or keep up with details of the deal.
Whether you are a buyer or seller, you should pay close attention to details when choosing the right real estate agent to work with.

Scouting for the right real estate agent can be difficult if you do not know what qualities to look for. Qualities of a good real estate agent include:
Strong communication skills
As a house buyer or seller it can be difficult and frustrating to work with real estate agent who is not a great communicator. The real estate market is time sensitive. As a seller or buyer, you need a real estate agent who can easily tell you where you stand with your current selling or buying process, so that you can quickly move on to the next potential property or buyer.
They are proactive
Being proactive entails providing up-to-date, relevant, and accurate information to the client. A good real estate agent will be able to keep you well informed.
Strong listening skills
A good real estate agent is one who can take time to listen and to understand the needs, wants, motivation, and priorities of each client. As the client, you should be the one doing most of the talking, and not the other way round.
Good track record
An effective way to get a good real estate agent is to use their former clients as reference. A good real estate agent should be able to give you a positive reference from any of their previous clients.
The real estate process will be easier when you work with a good agent.
Alex Anninos is an experienced real estate agent. He believes in providing the clients with necessary information they need in order to make smart decisions.
Preparing your home for sale can potentially add to its value and can also help the house sell quicker. By making your home more appealing to potential buyers, your chances of securing a deal increases.
To increase the value of your home and make it sell faster, here are four things you ought to consider:
1.Assess your home and unclutter
Clutter, grime, and weird smells in your home will drive away potential buyers. Consider uncluttering and depersonalizing the space as much as possible. Do not cover up any smell; locate the source and fix it.
2.Slick up the kitchen
The kitchen is one of the most valuable rooms to have in good shape before putting your home on the market. Consider resurfacing the kitchen cabinetry. This is much cheaper than installing new kitchen cabinets. You should also consider removing bulky appliances to free up some space.
3.Freshen up the bathroom
Buyers want to see a clean and well-maintained bathroom. Consider re-grouting the tile floor and caulking the tub if necessary.
4.Enhance the exteriors
Enhancing the exterior of your home will make it more appealing to prospective buyers. Trim overgrown shrubs, mow your lawn, and follow with paint touch-ups.
Alex Anninos is a professional real estate agent. He has ample experience and expertise in the fields of home buying and selling, and he has a track record for obtaining high-quality results. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
His work is revolved around fulfilling the dreams of others, and giving them a chance at the beautiful home that they have been seeking. Alex Anninos strives to not only bring them the best quality home for the best price, but makes it a personalmission to create the reality of the dream home that his customers have.
Since the fall of the housing market in 2008, the new career as a real estate agent became about more than simply selling houses in their market. With a large part of the population losing their homes, the new mission transformed into something much deeper than the money involved in house transactions. As the market lifts itself back up again, the next mission of the real estate agent is to bring homes back to the people of America, and give them a chance to relive the lives that were lost.
This new transition towards a people-business has been a good change for the industry, as the hostility of competitors and companies gave room for people to begin consolidating in the markets and working together for shared profits. The opportunity is still there, and since 2008, it is more prosperous than ever, as the population continues to grow.
Many real estate agents all over the country, both new and veteran, have adopted this new philosophy for the industry. Alex Anninos, a real estate agent in Massachusetts that began his career during the market crash, formed his entire career out of the mindset of helping others achieve their dream of a home. With so many committed professionals in the industry, the housing markets of the US will have the chance to reach full recovery, and truly blossom for the people of the nation.
The industry of real estate uses a lot of networking power, and is comprises of many companies and groups of team agents, with very few independent investors. Why are real estate teams so prominent in the industry, and how does it benefit you as a real estate agent? While group collaboration doesn’t work in some industries, in others it creates massive success, and in real estate specifically, it can mean the difference between a deflated housing market and a thriving one.
The burst of the housing market bubble in 2008 caused a lot of trouble in the industry, stirring up multiple different negative factors that lead thousands of people losing their jobs, and thousands more losing their homes. There needed to be a solution, and in an area of the professional world that is so crucial to a society, it needed to be done quickly. Under the circumstances, there wasn’t many options for those who were left in the real estate industry. Their only option was to band together into units that capitalized on a single housing market, tethering their networks together to survive.
Now that the method has been proven to make it through a recession, it is a very prominent method of business in almost every market in the US. Consolidation was proven to be powerful, and having that team power made for an easier flowing market. Alex Anninos, a team member of Massachusetts’ Mavroules Real Estate Team, admires that his career has flourished so well because of the teams that he has been a part of. Getting started in real estate during the burst of 2008, he learned quickly how the unity of teams in one market made it easier to grow a market and a career.
When Facebook first went online, and social networking was first introduced to the world, one of the most popular ways to feel socially powerful was by “friending” as many people as possible. Thousands of friends would be made to a single person, giving the illusion that they held a powerful network. And while there may be some strength in the size of a network, one of the most important elements to that strength comes from the quality of each relationship made.
No use will be found from a person that is met and never cultured into a network. Just because a person’s name and contact information are exchanged between two parties, does not necessarily mean that they will become resourceful in the future. This is one of the biggest setbacks to the digital age, as people are making more relationships with others faster, but of such low quality that their substance is almost null.
The best tip for the future is building quality relationships, not just relationships in general. Getting to know people in a network will prove exponentially more useful than simply attaining thousands of connections in a network. Alex Anninos discovered this while growing his real estate career in Massachusetts. Arriving into the market just after the housing bust of 2008, he had to rely on his networking skill to grow his career and make a prosperous living. Being intuitive with the network that is held is the key. Only then will the size be proven to become extraordinary.
There are many considerations involved in finding a new home, and that includes whether to be in the quiet of a rural area, or the bustle of an urban or suburban area. There are benefits to all three, but the city provides the most enjoyment and opportunity for new experiences! The life of a city citizen is astounding, and full of different options, giving the new resident many different benefits that rural areas just don’t have available!
The more populated an area is, the more diversity will be found. In every aspect of that city, there will be more options to choose from. Whether it be businesses, friends, people, or activities, the city gives you more to look at, and much more to do than the rural life. While living outside of a city might lend the use of being quiet and having less people, those people are what you are stuck with. In the city, however, there are choices of where to be, and who to be with at any time.
The city also has more resources available. One of the largest setbacks that comes with living in a small town involves the lack of specialties, professionals, or certain niche aspects that people need. Alex Anninos, a real estate in a Massachusetts city, mentions that his clients and customers move to the cities he represents mostly out of the need to have everything available. This is a luxury that rural communities can’t have, and a big reason to move into your nearest city.
Preparing your home for its next owner takes a great deal of time and preparation. It can be difficult trying to decide how to stage your home, what stays and what goes, to be certain that you have your best shot at providing the best possible impression to potential buyers. Alex Anninos, whose information can be found at http://www.youragentalex.com, is a dedicated and successful Realtor based in the New England area with the Mavroules Team and LAER Realty Partners. He recommends considering the following when you begin to stage your home to reel in numerous offers.
Get rid of all clutter in your home. Surfaces should be open with hardly any belonging scattered across them. Any extraneous furniture has to go, as it opens up your home and ultimately looks much larger than it would otherwise. Get rid of everything that is not a necessity, or pack it away in storage.
Use paint to your advantage. Painting two adjacent rooms the same color will appear more spacious, such as a kitchen and dining room, or living room and dining room. Also, experimenting with darker colors in bedrooms or bathrooms, or painting an accent wall, can all brighten up your home and make your items stand out even more.
In any arrangement of items or accessories throughout your house, odd numbers tend to come off more favorably than even numbers, especially groups of three.
Fix any missing floorboards or cracks in the walls or sidewalks. Anything that appears to be falling apart can detract from your asking price, and most of these issues are quick and cheap fixes.

The height of luxury. The ultimate extravagance. A bespoke private residence built and designed for the uber rich. Stylish. Tasteful. Exclusive. This is Inessence.
That was the sell. And our video was the promise. Shot over 2 days at various locations in Singapore, this project was a behemoth in terms of planning and logistics but ultimately the end result made it all worthwhile. For once, the talents were not the center of attention – our props were. From high-end kitchen appliances to luxury mobiles, the list included a Rolls Royce, a stretch limo and the beautifully refurbished Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Successful agents spend a lot of time promoting their real estate business, and they are not reluctant to spend the cash needed to advance their business. Here are some of the habits of successful real estate agents that you can adopt.
Leads are vital in the real estate business; without them, there is no business. Successful agents understand this, and they spend quality time to get them. You can start by creating a website. A website intended to woo prospects is an unquestionable requirement in the real estate business, and this may become your most valuable promotional tool.
It is not enough to just get leads; follow-up is also important. Successful real estate agents do not neglect their leads; they also cultivate them on a daily basis. They follow up their website contacts promptly and they also invest their time to put their leads on email campaigns.
Service Current Clients
Successful real estate agents schedule time to communicate everyday with at least one active client. They maintain close relationship with their clients, and this helps to promote future referrals. In order to become a successful real estate agent, good customer service is essential.
Interacting with other individuals, up close and personal is necessary if you want to earn referrals. Successful real estate agents understand the importance of building relationships. The time spent to socialize with industry professionals, clients, and former clients will pay off.
Finally, you should also focus on providing every client the highest level of service; that is the key to becoming a successful real estate agent.

Real estate agents are crucial to the home buying or selling process. They offer unique experiences and insights, and also help to shoulder a substantial part of the stress involved in buying or selling a home. In order to effectively evaluate and choose the right real estate agent, you need to:
Conduct a proper research
It is recommended to work with an agent who is familiar with the area. Find out about the agents who are working in your area, and conduct an extensive online research to explore their blogs and websites. Also, ask for referrals from neighbours or friends. Check if the agent is licenced and how long the agent has been in the real estate business.
Choose an agent that you can feel comfortable working with
Good communication is essential when it comes to real estate agents. Selecting an agent means that you are choosing a stranger for an important task which requires expertise, trust, and adaptability. The agents should have good reputation, hardworking, and comfortable to work with.
Sign the right document
A written agreement should be drawn up after deciding on your agent. Go through the contract document carefully and look out for hidden costs. Seek legal advice if you are not sure about any aspect of the contract. Buying or selling a home is a huge decision that can be stressful and time consuming. Thus, it is essential to pick the right real estate agent that you can work comfortably with.

Mike Kelley let me watch his Fstopper’s course for free, since I can’t return the course like I would a camera from B&H, I need to disclose that I got it for free.
This is a non-review. I do not say if I liked the course or not, rather I show you some of the methods I learned. I don’t want to say because this is not a review, I just want to remain neutral since I got this course for free.
Note: I am not using everything I learned from Mike’s course in this video, this video is not an indication of what you might be able to do after watching it.

The methods and machinery of the past are becoming obsolete more each and every day, as the innovators of today create solutions for the professionals of tomorrow. This is a big deal, and every change made helps society accelerate more. However, while this is happening, many experienced industry leaders are refusing to accept the implementation of new methods and new technologies, leaving the opportunity for business owners like you to take the chance and make a transition into more efficient operations.
A business should be constantly seeking better profits, more of the market share, and a vast and intuitive strategy for the next step. Every company, even the largest ones, are looking to become bigger, and get stronger financially and socially. However, to do this, new methods must be adopted, and a different type of operation must go into the business. Your business is reliant on how efficiently you can sell what you offer, and technology can help make that happen in every step of the process.
It makes things more organized, it makes things effortless, and for Alex Anninos, a real estate agent for the Mavroules Real Estate Team in Massachusetts, it is making his career advancement easier. As a young real estate agent that started during the fall of the housing markets in 2008, much of his success has come from his adoption of technology in order to make the best decisions as quickly as possible. The survival of a business is counting on the ability for you to trump the competitors, and with every business in your industry using the same methods as the next, the future is to beat them with technology.
The stereotypical conflict found between partnerships in business involves one undercutting the other partner with a corrupted method of blackhat business. This has historically been used in movies, news, and other media to describe the volatility of partnerships in the past, and to this day people still have ill feelings about the venture option. However, though the wrong concoction can bring scary results, a well-planned partnership not only makes powerful opportunities available, but also streamlines the burden that comes with operating a business.
The limits of one person is much shorter than that of another, making the employee a resourceful solution for a growing business. But employees can only go so far in the operational aspect of a business, and for some, one business owner comprises the entire executive power of a single, rapidly-growing company. A partnership that is created between two compatible people makes responsibilities of operating a business very comfortable, and very manageable.
Partnerships also give companies and professionals the ability to share their resources, exchange their networks, and consolidate their customer base. The Mavroules Real Estate Team, one of the best real estate teams in Massachusetts, made a recent partnership with LAER, the largest real estate company in the region of New England. “This merging broadens our horizons”, Alex Anninos of Mavroules Team says, “both sides benefit from a massive consolidation of what he have available, giving everyone involved the opportunity to work better in the northeastern housing market.”
People and Properties - The Two Sides of Real Estate
Real estate is a game of house judging, and one that can be
increasingly profitable or painful. However, the pristine factors that
go into buying and selling a house for its perceived value is only one
part of the sale. In the background, and throughout the rest of the
process, lies the game of people and persuasion, and the battle between
multiple minds to make the best house win, and the lowest value lose.
Both of these sides require dedication and effort in order to close
the sale at the highest value. Low people skills will cause the price to
go down just as quickly as a low-quality property for sale. The skill
of a real estate agent is very important in the process, making the
mission of selling a house as much about the homeowner’s choice as it is
the market’s needs. The person representing the house that is on the
market is the ambassador, the bridge between those looking to buy, and the homeowner ready to sell.
The people game is much more important than the house itself, because
even the worst house in the world can be sold by an elite salesman that
knows how to talk up a potential buyer. “This separates the good real
estate agents from another,” says Alex Anninos, a member of the
Mavroules Real Estate Team in Massachusetts, “there are those that care,
and know how to talk others into their needs, and there are those that
only look for the money.” The talk of a real estate agent can mean the
difference between a high value property and one that stagnates in the
A fire resides within the hearts of every human being on Earth. It is a resting passion that brings people to their feet, engages them into pursuing everything without fear or hesitation, and makes the positive components of their personality stick out and influence others. The state of motivation is one of the most powerful states in the world to be in, because it focuses the mind on what triggered it, and creates a commitment within others that can be used to innovate the world with the inventions that have lifted up everyone as a civilization.
Motivation is an essence that can only be found when conditions are right, and is not something that can simply be activated. For a person to truly be motivated, there has to be a purpose, a mission, or an interest that sparks that fire, and causes them to pursue those goals without stop and without falter. While this may seem pointless, dedication and determination in anything that is done by a person is a very powerful piece of the puzzle. The easiest and most efficient way to complete something or gain an accomplishment is to do it with a motivational attitude.
Motivation is not only personally useful, but also socially contagious. The motivation of one person can be spread to others simply by the influence that the motivation has. This can bring very strong selling potential to those involved in selling, and also make people feel more comfortable about making decisions. Alex Anninos is a successful real estate agent in Massachusetts, and his real estate team, The Mavroules Team, has been successful because of their unity of motivation. A group of people with the same level of motivation will each make each other exponentially more useful to the group, causing a chain reaction of productivity and concentration.
Buying or selling a home requires a great deal of thought and planning. Real estate endeavors can be difficult to manage if you’re not trained in the field. Hiring a Realtor is often your best bet to buy or sell a home and receive the best possible deal in a way that minimizes stress and maximizes good outcomes. The relationship between a Realtor and their client is a sacred one. Your Realtor should be asking all the right questions that will lead both of you down the right track in whatever service is being provided to you. Alex Anninos, a successful Realtor with the Mavroules Team and LAER Realty Partners, is committed to providing the highest quality services to his clients. He warns anyone looking into finding a Realtor to avoid the following qualities. He can be contacted at www.myagentalex.com.
Avoid a Realtor who is not confident as you go through your list of initial questions, and come prepared with lots of questions. If the Realtor is having a difficult time answering your questions, or simply doesn’t know the answer to numerous questions you ask, it probably isn’t the best fit for you. This is their chance to show off what they know and assure you that you would make the right decision by hiring them.
Be certain that your Realtor has a decent amount of web presence. Often Realtors will have websites that include testimonials and further information that will help you make the decision to hire them. If the Realtor does not have a website, or you can only find limited social media accounts, it might be worth your time to seek out another Realtor.
Do not choose a Realtor who immediately is not responsive. This trait most likely won’t change over time, and an open line of communication is absolutely necessary to have your real estate needs met.
The Best-Kept Secrets When You Are in the Market for a New House
Whether you’re about to start a new family, a new phase in life, or you just know that it’s the right time for you to purchase a home, buying a new house brings new life and memories along with it. It’s a thrilling time, and there is always a lot of work to be done when you set out on your real estate adventure. Looking for a new house can be exciting, stressful, emotional, inspirational, and numerous other emotions because it’s an incredible step in one’s life. Alex Anninos of Danvers, Massachusetts, a highly successful Realtor in the New England area with the Mavroules Team and LAER Realty Partners, shares his top secrets to ensure that you can find your perfect home.
1. Though the housing market is constantly rising and falling, don’t try to plan your entire home buying experience around the cycle. Begin the process when you’re ready to buy, and focus on finding a house that you love that falls in your price range. You might miss the best house for you if you’re focusing too much time on trying to work the market and wait for the best time.
2. Be aware of the sleeper costs that your house could potentially include. Sleeper costs are additional costs not including the mortgage, such as home owners’ dues, utilities, taxes, etc. Ensure that your budget allows for any foreseeable sleeper costs so that you don’t exceed your budget.
3. If you’re about to make an offer, make sure that you know what other homes are going for in the area. Don’t go too low in your initial bid, but make sure that you can still go up if you need to in your bid amount. Educate yourself on what is a reasonable offer in the neighborhood.
